The semi-automatic suction screwdriver has been designed for quick and easy insertion of the various types of screws into the parts of the eyewear such as: muscle-rod coupling, insertion of screws into the rim-closing tubes, into the wing-holder plates, etc. The versatile features of the machine consist of a quick adjustment of the screw chute which allows the use of different types of screws; the rotation speed and torque are adjustable by means of an electronic control which allows excellent tightening reliability. By means of a simple operation, the replacement of the head, it is possible to adapt the screwdriver to all screw diameters.
Avvitatore verticale Cosmos
The semi-automatic vertical screwdriver called "Cosmos" is suitable for inserting screws in various parts of the eyewear such as: rim tubes, muscle-rod couplings or other screwing operations on manufacturing parts. The special feature of this model is that it can use screws up to 20 mm long with a very high torque. All the functions, speed of rotation of the drill and torque, are controlled by a touch panel (Industry 4.0) and by a PLC of the latest generation which guarantees reliability and productivity to the machine.
