Stampo per nylon
Machine for cutting and drilling eyeglasses with a grooved profile for inserting the nylon thread. This system allows the cutting and drilling of the profile with the frame already welded, thus obtaining a perfect alignment of the holes with consequent ease of final assembly and precision of the same. Furthermore, the cutting burr is carried by the punches to the outside of the profile, keeping the groove for inserting the nylon with profile section "8" completely free of burrs. The machine is autonomous and does not require the use of presses, but only a connection to the compressed air system with a pressure of 8 Bar.
Stampo trancia musi
This machine is suitable for shearing excess nose material on the inside of the rim and allows rapid removal of the material by shearing. The two interchangeable cutting blocks allow a wide range of connections and make the machine universal for any type of nose. The blanking parts are made of hardened steel to ensure an excellent cut and a long tool life.
Maschiatrice
Machine for threading or rethreading threads from ø0.5mm to ø3mm with automatic clockwise and anticlockwise rotation. Working speed in the range of 35-40 tapping operations per minute. Available with single or three-phase motor.
Pressa meniscatrice
Designed to carry out wheel trimming by means of pneumatic cylinders acting on the cone and on the shaped plastics. The machine is equipped with bimanual push buttons to engage the operator's two hands outside the danger zone (crushing) in order to ensure his safety.
M.P.P. macchina per punte
Machine designed to shorten and simultaneously sharpen the part of the rod where the endpiece is to be inserted; the operation can be carried out both on single rods and on the already assembled frame. The desired length of the rod can be obtained by means of the mobile reference with a millimetre scale. The finishing of the tips is guaranteed by a special steel plate that can be sharpened by simply grinding the cutting surfaces. The machine can be equipped with interchangeable hardened bushings with holes of the desired diameters. The rotating part of the machine is fully protected so that it can be used safely.

LM-TF2
The LM-TF machine has been designed to cut pieces of nylon wire with round or "8" section and rubber sheaths with a maximum diameter of 10mm. The special control panel with incorporated display and the special control program allow programming the length of the cut of pieces and setting the number of pieces to be obtained. It is also possible to adjust the wire feed speed, the cutting time and the number of cutting attempts to be made. While the machine is in production you can see on the display the number of pieces remaining to the end of the job and the real time length of the piece being cut.
Piegacorret 2M
Machine suitable for bending the hinge from 12° to 20° in relation to the face plane. The main feature of the machine is that it allows simultaneous bending of both hinges and by means of a clamp adjustment system. It also makes it possible to correct any axiality defects that may have occurred during drowning.
Dispensatore di fluidi
Equipment suitable for the distribution or application of different types of fluids in eyewear, allowing constant application of the product by syringe and recovery of the drop. The equipment can be used to lubricate the moving parts of hinges or to make decorations on frame parts by simply filling the syringe with the desired product.
Centro ottico
Il centro ottico è un'attrezzatura progettata per effettuare il controllo su occhiali che montano lenti decentrate. L'apparecchiatura è costituita da un supporto dove viene appoggiato l'occhiale e da dove partono anche due raggi laser che, passando attraverso le lenti vanno a colpire il traguardo con il centro di riferimento posto a due metri di distanza, se i due raggi cadono entrambi al centro del bersaglio significa che le lenti sono state tagliate correttamente invece se un raggio o entrambi escono dal bersaglio significa che una o entrambe le lenti sono state tagliate in maniera errata.
